This is an excellent site for the retiree living in Korea and outside as well. I will be coming back to Korea at the end of September and will be coming to the Songtan area of Pyongtaek City. What is a ballpark average for the cost(dollars)of the hotels/yeogwans shown under contract hotels.

Terrible. SHeets were filthy with urine stains on both the comforter, sheet and pillow cases. The old man wanted us to change the bedding so that he could sit in the lobby and watch TV. Bathroom wasn't cleaned as well. Soap was already used, dirty cup, etc. We'll never stay here again.
