	Three members in uniform are the Command Sergeants Major from three key units supporting Korea retirees. Furthest from the camera is CSM Sanders of Installation Management Agency, Korea Regional Office; at the left is CSM Webb of Area 1; and at the right is CSM Crisostomo of Area 2.
	This was a very important meeting and Korea retirees can expect to see more positive changes coming in support to retirees and widows throughout Korea in 2004. The support of IMA-KORO was clearly demonstrated by the director, BG Macdonald, during his briefing to the United States Military Retirees Association Korea on Dec 13, and by the attendance of three of the five area Command Sergeants Major in Korea.

	United States Forces Korea Retiree Council Vice Chairman LTC Allen R. Chellis (right), USA Retired, accepts a Certificate of Appreciation for his contributions to the United States Military Retirees Association Korea while serving as President 1999-2003. The certificate is presented by SFC Wnd Thomas, USA Retired, who replaced Mr. Chellis as association President in the Dec 13 election of officers. All three of the newly-elected association officers attended this meeting to be introduced to the retiree council.
