Al Chellis
LTC, USA Retired
Al Chellis has served in many positions in organizations supporting retirees and retiree activities. Among them is service as Vice Chairman of the United States Forces Korea Retiree Council, which he recently vacated. He was consistently a driving force to ensure the council remained vibrant and involved. He applies the same commitment in his position as the President of the USMRAK, ensuring that it remains a part of the network of support to the U.S. military retirees living in Korea.

Al was re-elected President at the annual membership meeting on Dec 22, 2007.
Vice President

Jack Terwiel
Capt, USAF Retired
Jack Terwiel has been immersed in supporting Korea retirees, their families and survivors since January 1998. That was when he opened the Osan AB Retiree Activities Office. He served as a full-time volunteer until September 2006, and which time he took a contractor position as Army Retirement Services Officer for Korea. After 15 months, Jack returned to volunteer service and in January 2008 he opened the Military Retiree Assistance Office, a private office outside Osan AB in which Jack and his wife, Punee, volunteer their time and energies to continuing to assist the Korea retiree community.

Jack was elected Vice President at the annual membership meeting on Dec 22, 2007.

Bob Henault
CSM, USA Retired
Bob Henault was unable to attend the meeting and, as is common practice for the USMRAK, he was subjected to the penalty for an officer who fails to attend the annual meeting, re-election in absentia.

Bob was re-elected Secretary at the annual membership meeting on Dec 22, 2007.
